Recovery for Men – Breaking Pornography & Sexual Addiction for Good (Individual therapy for husbands who are done with the cycle and ready to do the real work)

You already know the shame cycle by heart: act out → feel like garbage → swear it’s the last time → white-knuckle for a few days or weeks → repeat.

You’re tired of half-measures, weak accountability apps, and church leaders who mean well but don’t actually understand addiction neurology. You want to stop for good — not just for your wife, your calling, or your temple recommend, but because you’re sick of living a double life and losing yourself.

This is a men-only, zero-BS space built for guys who are finally ready to get honest and get free.

In our work together you will:

•  Get a crystal-clear, individualized relapse prevention plan that actually works with your brain chemistry (not just “read your scriptures more”)

•  Learn how to handle triggers, stress, and loneliness without turning to porn or worse

•  Face the root wounds (trauma, attachment injuries, unmet needs) that fuel the addiction — no endless wallowing, just efficient, targeted healing

•  Rebuild real intimacy with your wife on your timeline, not under pressure or manipulation

•  Develop masculine integrity: saying what you mean, meaning what you say, and living the same life in private that you do on Sunday

I use the best evidence-based tools (CSAT tasks, EMDR for craving/trauma, IFS parts work, acceptance & commitment therapy) plus 21 years of experience with men exactly like you — active LDS guys, returned missionaries, bishops, stake presidents, and regular ward members who thought they’d never tell another soul.

This isn’t group therapy and it isn’t a 12-step meeting (though I’ll happily coordinate with both). This is one-on-one, high-accountability work with a male therapist who has walked through betrayal recovery with hundreds of men and won’t let you bullshit yourself or me.

Most men I work with hit 30–90 days clean within the first 8–12 weeks and keep building from there. Some reconcile and save their marriage. Some don’t, but they finally become the man they always wanted to be.

100 % confidential. Your wife, bishop, or anyone else only knows what YOU choose to tell them.

Evening and Saturday slots available. Texas telehealth.

If you’re done managing the addiction and ready to end it, book the first session. We start the real work on day one.
